The correct option is A 12.5 %
The percentage increase in population = (Absolute Increase/ Population of past year) x 100. The absolute increase in Jamb population = 4500 - 400 = 500. whereas the past population which will be taken in account will be of the year 2019. Thus % increase in population = (500/ 4000) x 100 = 12.5 %.
