Length of the ribbon = Perimeter of the card
Perimeter = 2 × (Length + Width)
= 2×(10+5)
= 2×15
= 30 inches
Cost of the satin ribbon is 50 cents per inch.
Total cost = 10×50
= 500 cents

500 cents = 5 dollars
Length of the ribbon = Perimeter of the card
Perimeter = 2 × (Length + Width)
