$\because$ Area of rectangle = Length x Breadth
$\Rightarrow$ Breadth = $\frac{\text{Area of Rectangle}}{\text{Length}}$
= $\frac{1500}{50}$
= 30 ft

$\because$ Perimeter of the rectangular plot = 2 (Length + Breadth)
$\therefore$ Perimeter of plot = $2\times (50+30)$
= 160 ft
