Let the labelled price=100 Rs.
20% discount on label price then cost price=$100-20=80Rs.$
If discount is 25% on label price then cost price=$100-25=75Rs.$
Difference of C.P=$80-75=5Rs$
If difference is 5 Rs then labelled price=$100Rs.$
If difference is 500 Rs then labelled price=$\frac{100}{5}\times 500=10000Rs.$
