Top of the English column on the graph is mapped to the point 60 on the vertical axis. So Jessica's score for English is 60. When we add 15 % of 60 to 60 to get Jenny's score for English.
⇒ 60 + 15 % of 60

Similarly, top of the History column on the graph is mapped to the point 50 on the vertical axis. So Jessica's score for History is 50. When we add 38 % of 50 to 50 to get Jenny's score for History.
