Solution

The correct option is B 366.08 cu in
The dimensions of the big box is

The given box is in the shape of a cuboid.

Volume of the box = length×width×height

Length of the big sweets box = 10.24 in

Width of the big sweets box = 4.4 in

Height of the big sweets box = 8 in

The given box is in the shape of a cuboid.

Volume of the big sweets box = length×width×height

= 10.24 ×4.4×8 = 360.448 cu in

Length of the small sweets box = 14×10.24 = 2.56 in

Width of the small sweets box = 14× 4.4 = 1.1 in

Height of the small sweets box = 14×8 in = 2 in

Volume of the small sweets box = length×width×height

= 2.56 ×1.1 × 2 = 5.632
Total volume of the boxes = volume of big box + volume of small box

= 360.448+5.632 = 366.08 cu in
Hence, the total volume of the boxes = 366.08 cu in
