Solution

The correct option is A Radha's symptom is hyper/hypothyroidism, John's symptom is of puberty i.e. development of Adam's apple
John, being male, has one of the puberty features as the development of Adam's apple. Adam's apple is a feature of the human neck, where a lump or protrusion is formed by the angle of thyroid cartilage surrounding the larynx. It is larger and prominent in the case of males.
Radha, being a female, does not have a prominent Adam's apple and might have swelling in the throat as a result of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.
Thus, the correct answer is the option A.
