Cp of $1$ egg $\to$ Rs. $\frac{40}{96} = 0.416$
Sp of $12$ eggs $\to 7.50$ Rs.
Sp of $1$ egg $\to \frac{7.50}{12} = 0.625$
Profit $%$ $= \frac{S p - C p}{C p} \times 100$
$= \frac{0.625 - 0.416}{0.416} \times 100$
$= 50.24 %$ .
