Solution

The correct option is D Glass D
As the temperature rises, particles move faster, means with an increase in temperature the kinetic energy of the particles also increases.Thereore rate of diffusion will increases with increase in temperature.
Order of temperature of glasses:
Glass A< Glass B<Glass C< Glass D.
Order of rate of diffusion:
Glass A< Glass B<Glass C< Glass D.
Glass D would take minimum number of days for the colour to spread evenly throughout the water as it has maximum rate of diffusion.
