Solution

The correct option is A Juxta-glomerular cell, macula densa and lacis cell
The juxtaglomerular apparatus is a region of contact between the afferent arteriole and the distal convoluted tubule. The wall of distal convoluted tubule has columnar cells in the region of its junction with artiole, rather than cuboidal cells as found in wall of rest of tubule. These columnar cells are termed as macula densa. The large, round cells with spherical nuclei are termed as juxtaglomerular cells that are found in wall of afferent artiole at its junction with convoluted tubule. Lacis cells bear processes forming the lace like network and are found in the gaps between macula densa and efferent and afferent artioles. Thus, juxtaglmerular apparatus has juxtaglomerular cells, macula densa and lacis cells. This makes option C incorrect and option A correct.
