Taking the first statement into consideration, we have to write the largest 3 digit using single digit prime number, it will be 7 5 3
The smallest 3 digit using single digit prime number, it will be 2 3 5
The difference will be obtained when 2 3 5 is subtracted from 7 5 3

7 5 3 - 2 3 5 = 5 1 8.
