  1. The arrangement of veins in the leaf lamina is called venation.
  2. There are two types of venations i.e., parallel venation and reticulate venation.

Reticulate venation:

  1. If the veins form a network around the midrib, it is called reticulate venation.
  2. Reticulate venation is present in dicot plants.
  3. Mango is a dicot plant and hence the venation present in them is reticulate venation.
