1. The amount of energy is fixed in a closed system.
2. We can't create more energy inside the system or destroy any of the energy that's already in there.
3. We can convert the energy from one form to another.

Thus, "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed but can only change from one form to another." is called as law of conservation of energy
