Given:
Length of the room, $l = 5 m$
Area of the room, $A = 35 m^{2}$
Area of a rectangle is defined as the product of it's length and breadth (say $b$ as breadth).
$\Rightarrow A = l b$
$b = \frac{35 m^{2}}{5 m}$
$∴ b = 7 m$
