i.e. $v_{1} - v_{2} = 4$

$l_{1} = 95 c m$ and $l_{2} = 100 c m$
Let the frequency of tuning fork = $v$

at $l_{1} = 95 c m$ , $v_{1} = v + 4$

at $l_{2} = 100 c m$ , $v_{2} = v - 4$

we know that,
$\frac{v_{1}}{v_{2}} = \frac{l_{2}}{l_{1}}$
