f(1+)=a+b; f(1)=1
f(1)=limx1sin(ax2+bx+c)x21 [00]form
Applying L' Hopitals' rule, we get
f(1)=limx1(2ax+b)cos(ax2+bx+c)2x
=(2a+b)cos(a+b+c)2
=(2a+b2)

f(x) is continuous at x=1
So, f(1+)=f(1)=f(1)
a+b=(2a+b2)=1
a=3 and b=4
