The correct option is A 20
$4 x^{2} - 12 x + 9 = 16$
$\Rightarrow 4 x^{2} - 12 x - 7 = 0$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{12 \pm \sqrt{144 + 112}}{8}$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{12 \pm 16}{8}$
$\Rightarrow x = - 0.5, 3.5$
Substituting the value of a in $10 a - 15$ , we get $35 - 15 = 20$ and $5 - 15 = - 10$
