$A=\{a,e,i,o,u\}B=\{a,b,c,d\}$

$A$ is not Subset of $B$ and $B$ is not subset of $A$.

$A$ set is a subset of $B$

if it contains all elements or some elements of $B$ in the same way $B$ is Subset of $A$ if it contains the elements of $A$.

As they are not containing they are not Subsets.
