Draw $DL\perp AB$
Now area of $||gmABCD=Base\times altitude$
$=AB\times DL=124c{m}^2$
$\because$ E and F are mid points of sides AB and CD
$\therefore$ AEFD is a || gm
Now area of $||gmAEFD=AE\times DL=\frac{1}{2}AB\times DL=\frac{1}{2}\times areaof||gmABCD=\frac{1}{2}\times 124=62c{m}^2$
