Calculation: We know that formula for calculating the

Area of Parallelogram = base × height

Therefore,

Area of paralleogram ABCD = AB × AD (Taking base as AB and Height as AD ) ……(1)

Therefore,

Area of paralleogram AEFD = AE × AD (Taking base as AB and Height as AD ) ……(2)
