Finding domain of fogx:

Given, g(x)=2x+5

Domain of f(x) = -5,7

fogx =fgx

Domain of fgx means g(x) will also lie in the same range as x.

i.e -5≤2x+5≤7

But, 2x+5 has to be positive as it is a modulus function.

⇒2x+5≤7⇒-7≤2x+5≤7⇒-12≤2x≤2⇒-6≤x≤1⇒x∈-6,1

Hence, the domain of fogx is -6,1.
