$P Q = R S = 10 c m$ (opposite sides of a parallelogram)
$Q R = S P = 6 c m$ (opposite sides of a parallelogram)
Perimeter of parallelogram is calculated as,
$P = P Q + Q R + R S + S P$
$∴ P = 10 + 6 + 10 + 6$
$∴ P = 32 c m$
