Solution

The correct option is D 1 if x=4,y=5
Given : P=(6,3), Q=(3,5), R=(4,2)
Now, Area of ΔPQR
=12x1x2x3x1y1y2y3y1=1263463523=12|(30+9)+(620)+(12+12)|=492

Also, Area of ΔAQR
=12x34xy52y=12|(5x+3y)+(620)+(4y+2x)|=|7x+7y14|2

Now, Area of ΔAQRArea of ΔPQR=|x+y2|7

Therefore, when x=0,y=0, we get
Area of ΔAQRArea of ΔPQR=27

When x=1,y=2, we get
Area of ΔAQRArea of ΔPQR=17

When x=5,y=4, we get
Area of ΔAQRArea of ΔPQR=1

When x=4,y=5, we get
Area of ΔAQRArea of ΔPQR=1
