The correct option is B 7 and 10
Let x be the positive integer and x+3 be the largest integer
So, x(x+3)=70
x2+3x70=0
On factoring, we get,
(x+10)(x7)=0
x=10 or x=7
The largest integer =x+3=7+3=10
Therefore, the two numbers are 7 and 10.
