The correct option is B ${2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10}$
Now $U = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10}$
and $(A - B) = {1, 4}$
So the compliment of $(A - B)$ considering $U$ as the universal set is
