We know, $1=100
$0.15=15
and, $0.17=17
Let's represent each box of the graph paper as 1.

15=15 boxes,
17=17 boxes,
and, 100=100 boxes

Out of the 100 boxes, let's mark 15 boxes with blue color and next 17 boxes with yellow color.


The uncolored boxes (enclosed by red lines) are yet to be filled.

There are total of 68 unfilled boxes.

68 boxes =68=$0.68
