The correct option is B object, image.
Remember how we just defined an optical object, and an optical image?

Optical object is anything that either gives off light(luminescent), or reflects light, as is the case with 'A' here.
Also, an optical image is a point where you perceive the object to be, but it is not actually there! Here, after interacting with the optical instrument the rays converge at 'B' and appear to diverge from 'B', so, when the rays hit the eye, the eye would perceive an object to be at 'B', though it is not actually there! So, 'B' is the optical image.
