Length of the square card = 5 in
Length of the ribbon used to cover
1 edge of the card = 5 in
So, the length of the ribbon along all the edges of the card = Perimeter of the card = 5 × 4 = 20 in
Length of the ribbon used for tying the bow = 10 in
∴ Total length of the ribbon used by Lily = 20 + 10 = 30 in
Length of the square card = 5 in
Length of the ribbon used to cover
