Limitations of Managerial Economics
Managerial economics is a branch of management studies that focuses on using microeconomic and macroeconomic theories and concepts to solve company issues and make decisions. It is a specialist stream that uses numerous economic theories to address an organization’s internal concerns.
Managerial economics is concerned with using theories, concepts, and methods to address real-world business challenges. There are some disadvantages to managerial economics as well. Sometimes business challenges are so distinct that theories and approaches fail to tackle them.
