$\angle l={180}^o-{118}^o$

$\angle l={62}^o$

We know that if two lines are cut by transversal so that the corresponding angles are equal, then there lines are parallel

$\because \angle x=\angle l={62}^o$

and they are corresponding angles

$\therefore l||m$.
