The correct option is D Sunflower oil
Linolenic acid is a type of fatty acid. Linolenate (in the form of esters of linolenic acid) is often found in vegetable oils (sunflower oil), traditionally. Such fatty acylates are reported as the fatty acids- linoleic acid, an omega-3 (n-3) fatty acid and linolenic acid, an omega-6 (n-6) fatty acid. The common unsaturated fatty acid are oleic acid (with one double bond) linoleic acid (with two double bonds and linolenic and(with three double bonds). The order of content of linolenic acid is as follows- sunflower (60%), groundnut (56%), cotton seed (55%) and coconut (2.6%).
