Solution

I believe I am ill and require medical attention for the following three reasons:

  1. fever-
    • A fever is a temporary rise in body temperature caused by an illness.
    • A fever in an adult may be uncomfortable, but it is usually not cause for concern unless it reaches 103 F (39.4 C) or higher.
  2. Headache-
    • One of the most common type of pain is headache.
    • Tension headaches are the one of the most common type of headache.
    • Tension headaches are caused by tense muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw.
    • They are frequently associated with stress, depression, or anxiety.
  3. Cough and cold-
    • The common cold virus enters our bodies through the mouth, eyes, or nose.
    • When someone who is sick coughs, sneezes, or speaks, the virus can spread through droplets in the air.

If only one of these symptoms were present, I would seek medical attention because there is a possibility that I am suffering from a disease, and it is not good to put off treatment.
If there is no disease, I will take medications to alleviate symptoms and return to a normal life as soon as possible.
