Right to Equality (under Article 14 – Article 18 )
Right to Freedom (under Article 19 – Article 22 )
Right against exploitation ( under Article 23 – Article 24 )
Right to Freedom of Religion (under Article 25 – Article 28 )
Cultural and Educational rights (under Article 29 – Article 30 )
Right to Constitutional remedies (Article 32 )
Recently in 2010 Right to Education was added
In the year 2017 Right to Privacy was added
