Divisions of labour:

  1. The term "division of labour" refers to the specialized tasks carried out by several cell organelles that work together to guarantee that the cell can survive as well as carry out its intended purpose in the body.
  2. For instance, the pancreas' beta cells are in charge of the release of insulin into the blood.
  3. The following six divisions of labour are simple to use:
    1. Flexion and engagement – Before the labour force begins, there are distinct stages of flexing and engaging.
    2. Descent – brought on by labour force activity.
    3. Internal rotation - Due to the presenting part's contact with the soft and bony structures of the pelvis, internal rotation results.
    4. Extension - Head often negotiates the pelvic curve during extension.
    5. Restitution - a natural readjustment of the shoulders and head.
    6. Expulsion – anterior then posterior shoulders, then the trunk and lower extremities in rapid succession.
