Basically there are three types of enzymes that are produced by pancreas-
1. Protease such as trypsinogen acts on proteins and breakdown it into small peptides
2. Lipase acts on fat and breakdown fats into fatty acid and glycerol.
3. Amylase acts on starch and it breakdown starch into glucose.
4. Nuclease is also produced by the pancreas which acts on nucleic acids and break down into component parts.
