Solution

Muslim league was formed under the leadership of Aga Khan, the Nawab of Dhaka and Nawab Mohsin-ul-Mulk on December 30, 1906. It was founded to safeguard the rights of Indian Muslims. The Success of Simla Deputation where Minto offered the fullest sympathy to the Muslim demands compelled the Muslims to have a separate political association of their own. John Morley’s budget speech in 1906 in which he hinted of constitutional reforms was also the reason Muslims felt the need for a platform to voice their demands.
