Yes, all living organisms are able to sense and respond to stimuli.
The changes in the surroundings to which the organisms respond are known as stimuli.
The ability of an organism to respond to stimuli is called sensitivity.
Living things respond to external stimuli around us are touch, light, heat, cold, and sound.
Examples of response to stimuli:-
1.Pulling back the hands after touching hot iron.
2. The leaves of a touch-me-not or mimosa plant fold inwards when touched.
3. Cats and dogs running on sensing anything falling on them.
