Steps:
- Draw a triangle MNP with NP as base of 10 cm and MN and MP as two other sides of lengths 9 cm and 8 cm respectively.
- Construct perpendicular bisector of all the three side lengths i.e. MN, NP and MP.
- Point of concurrence of these perpendicular bisectors is u required circumcentre.
