Steps:
Draw a triangle MNP with NP as base of 10 cm and MN and MP as two other sides of lengths 9 cm and 8 cm respectively.
Construct perpendicular bisector of all the three side lengths i.e. MN, NP and MP. Point of concurrence of these perpendicular bisectors is the required circumcentre.
