Object distance (u) = -15 cm
Radius of curvature (R) = 30 cm

Refractive index of the medium from where light is emerging :
μ1 = 1

Refracted index of the medium in which light got refracted :
μ2 = 1.5.

Equation of refraction of light at curved surfaces is given as :

μ2vμ1u=μ2μ1R

1.5v1.015=1.5130

v=30 cm

The image is formed 30 cm left to the spherical surface and is hence, virtual.
