Which qualities as a manager would you think one should have to become a good leader?
If I be a manager then I would like to have Intelligence as a quality in order to become a good leader because a leader should be intelligent enough to examine problems arising from the right perspective. He needs to have the ability to evaluate the pros and cons of his actions in a particular situation.
