Skin secretes melanin pigment which absorbs UV rays from the sunlight and protects us from harmful UV rays. Skin received vitamin D from the sunlight. The sunlight which is received by skin is good for some extent from which helps absorption of Vitamin D by the body . later the UV rays which fall on the skin may cause skin diseases like, darkening of the skin by causing death to the skin cells, tans or cancer of skin may occur
