Solution
Cheese:
Cheese is a portion of nutritious food made with milk, and salt and sometimes includes a good bacteria and enzyme called ‘rennet’.
The calcium and protein in cheese make it great for building strong bones and muscles.
During production, milk is usually acidified and the enzymes of either rennet or bacterial enzymes with similar activity are added to cause the casein to coagulate.
The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into the finished cheese.
Cheese is usually considered vegetarian but certain cheese contains animal rennet which is obtained from the lining of the animal stomach that is why long back people thought of it as non-vegetarian.
