Solution

The correct option is D Flowering, Pollination, Fruit and seeds
The first stage of reproduction in flowering plants is called pollination. In order to perform the first step, it is essential that first, a flower should exist then only the whole process will be fulfilled. Pollination is a process by which pollen is carried from the male part of a flower to the female part of another flower. After this fertilization takes place. The male gametes pass from the pollen grain along the tube to the ovary, when they join with female gametes in the ovules. The ovary develops flower or pods to protect the seeds. The next step is the seed dispersal process which is necessary for the seed to grow into new plants.
