Egg sinks in the first glass because the density of the egg is higher than the density of tap water.
The egg will float in the saltwater because when salt is added to water its density becomes greater than that of the egg. That makes the egg float.
The egg float half above and half below the surface of the water because it is a young egg. As the egg becomes old it sinks to the bottom of the water vessel because as the egg ages, air enters the egg and the air cell becomes larger and this acts as a buoyancy factor which results in the floating of the egg.
