Solubility can be expressed as:

M2SO42M++SO42

At eq. 2SS

Using the relation Ksp=[M+]2[SO42]

[M+]=2S

[SO42]=S

upon substitution we get-

Ksp=(2S)2(S)=1.2×105

4S3=1.2×105

S3=3×106

S=1.44×102 M

as [M+]=2S=2.88×102 M

Therefore option B is correct.
