The correct option is A $14$ cm
From the fig, its given that $M$ and $N$ are the mid points of $A B$ ad $A C$

Given $A M = 3 ⟹ A B = 2 A M = 6 c m$

$\Rightarrow \frac{A M}{A B} = \frac{A N}{A C} = \frac{M N}{B C}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{3}{6} = \frac{7}{B C}$

$∴ B C = 14 c m$
