Maam , Allopatric which is geographical isolaton and sympatric (reproductive isolation) , In class 10 an example was given wherein birds somehow due to geographical isolation went to an island and after many many years of isolation where not recognised by females of the species of which they were a part. so does geographical isolation lead to reproductive isolation.

Yes without reproductive isolation new species cannot be established.. geographical isolation does bring reproductive isolation..
