Maam cytoskeleton helps in disappearing organelles but where do the organelles go? Do they move out of the cell or they are there only? Where do they go after disappearing?

When Flemming observed dividing cell under microscope, he stated that organelles are disappeared or reappeared by the activity of cytoskeletons.They will remain in cytoplasm.
