Column 1: arrange all outcomes of a dice in ascending order.

column 2: Write tally marks.

Column 3: Write the number of times that outcome appear. this column is called frequency.

now, lets make the table

OutcomesTally MarksFrequency
1||||||7
2|||||6
3||||5
4||||4
5|||||||||11
6||||||7

Step 2: Finding the number that appear maximum number of times

As from the table in Step 1 , it is clear that the frequency of coming 5 is maximum among all the outcomes which is 11.
